I searched Jim's name in a newspaper database and found some articles from the Washington Post that were published in 1971. The DC version of The Dream Engine was referred to as "The Dream Machine" in one article but in all display ads and other articles it was called "The Dream Engine." According to one article the show was canceled over: "differences between the author and director Richard Pearlman" > Has anyone ever looked at worldcat.org?
