Mostly a quiet year so far. I have a new more relaxed outlook on life after the health stuff last year, so I've been working fewer hours and trying to get more time to enjoy life instead. Berlin was a great steintrip and of course there's the Oberhausen one coming up in November.
I've got a work trip to Sweden coming up - 2 weeks away, but Mrs Dave is coming over for the middle weekend which we're spending in Stockholm. Never been there before (aside from the airport). Also have a work trip to Seattle in September, and again I've tagged some spare days on to that for some sightseeing. It's all too easy to travel a lot for work and never see anything aside from factories and airports.
The health-enforced diet has meant I've been doing a lot more cooking than before, which is good as I've always liked cooking. Actually, that's a lie - I've always liked eating, and I happen to like my own food ;-).
