A good nightmare comes so rarely ...

I had one last night. Was so freaked out, I couldnt sleep again for an hour afterwards. I swear to God I'm not making the following up: It sort of loosely went across the lines of "AI - Artificial Intelligence" The man, Jim Carrey, was a robot (he looked very creepy: A human head, and a robot body, very slim with lots of wires and rusty steel). He couldnt have a child with his wife, so he hired a company to clone him two kids, a girl and a boy. Despite them being robots they looked like human children, exactly alike, only with different haircuts. The father wanted to investigate this and went to the company, to find out both kids have been cloned from an earlier generation of robots, which for mysterious reasons all died of a "disease". The only thing left was one severed robot-hand, that for some reason could verbalise it's thoughts, through a computer (it's voice sounded like Stephen Hawking). And as those thoughts all were kind and innocent (like a child), they cloned the children from this hand. The father wanted to know about this disease, and had the hand put under a microscope, to find small elements of a floppy disk, with a program to control the disease. While they did all this, the severed hand kept talking child-like things: "I love you", "Do you wanna play?", "I hurt my knee", etc and nobody was really listening. The hand kept saying this with the computer voice. Then suddenly: "Your mother is a whore", "my knee hurts", "I want to kill you". The hand was raging, cursing everybody, the father and the scientist decided to check on the kids, as they always feel and think the same as the hand. As they walked out of the room the hand said "please, destroy me". That's where I woke up. My mind must be pretty messed up to come up with a story like this... How about you: Any good nightmares lately?
