Well 'awful' is harsh. There isn't one COMPLETE song where the vocal is superb, but there are plenty of 'sections' where the vocal is a lot better than 'stuff in the charts'. I like his vocal on 'Alive' & 'Pig' (though, not as good as Rob Evan). If Jim produces a Bat concept album, Meat would probably only be given one song, and therefore would probably tolerate lots of takes. Jim could then easily 'comp' together a more than decent vocal (which is what he did on the majority of Bat 2). | |
