I believe they did and that they were moved in the months leading up to the invasion. But even if they didn't... the Intelligence agencies of EVERY nation and the UN and Bill Clinton said they did, and Saddam was in violation of UN resolutions and treaties he signed from the first gulf war.

I think they should go in and remove him. They won't because there are to many whiny assholes crying about Poor Saddam being removed for them to man up and do what's right.
