Jim said on his blog that Steve played on "Angels Arise" and then they switched places at the piano and Jim plays for the entirety of "Graveyard Shift." He also said it was all live. He also blogged once that he always plays on a Yamaha, especially on solo demos, but that doesn't necessarily mean this particular recording was so. I also agree that this is a great song. Emily Pulley is a great soprano, and Jim sounds fantastic on GS, both voice and piano. Almost makes you wish Jim had re-cut BFG for baritone! | |
