There's a motorcycle rising out of the ocean in the middle of a storm. The worst cover, without a doubt, is TMIL because there's too much going on and it looks like a fan tribute.
I also really like the cover for "Very Best". The picture is actually called "Meat Loaf, Ascendant" and it's, IMO, a fitting continuation of the cover for Bat2. The battle has become so so so intense that the battle and the motorcyclist have torn through every building in sight. The remains of the post-apocalyptic city lies around them in ruins and The Bat prepares for the final confrontation.
