Speaking of the Birmingham show, I loved his version of "Bad for Good" - fantastic vocals, definitely the top of his game. Too bad the Bat III version wasn't nearly as intense or powerful. Also I love his version of "Took the Words" from the Live Wembley album. His little "Baby, baby, sweet baby," adlib is excellent! It seems that in almost every other live performance of the song Meat skips about every other word. But on the Live album it seems he goes above and beyond possibly even the BOOH version.

Also, I have a soft spot for Jim's performance of "More Than You Deserve." Even though the vocals can be rough at times, there's something about hearing the songwriter perform his own material. Really makes me want to hear more Jim-performed demos (wink, wink)
