Emily Harris "Mother River Song" in "The Dream Engine". I thought this was absolutely incredible.
Johanna Albrecht "Hushabye" in "Rhinegold". The audience's reaction alone is the tip of the iceberg, IMO.
The full cast on "Song Of The City Of Hope" in "More Than You Deserve". This is one of the best finale numbers I've heard from a 70s musical.
Fred Gwynne on "If Only". If only that was a standard.
Orchestra Luna and Paul Jacobs and Jim Steinman's kickass arrangements in 77 "Neverland". "All Revved Up" is the best version I've ever heard of this song (though Bottom Line gives it a run for its money with the monologue.)

Ellen Foley "Heaven Can Wait" in "Neverland" which, to me, blew the Meat Loaf version out of the water. It just has to be like this in BOOH-TM.
Meat Loaf '77 Tour, all the boots I've heard. He's his best here and from '88-'94.
Steve Barton and the original cast of "Tanz". Indescribable.
Rob Evan "What Part Of My Body Hurts The Most" World Premiere and "Not Allowed To Love" World Premiere (The audience reaction at the start is priceless and for everything else there's Mastercard.)
Don't kill me but...Meat Loaf's introduction to "Only When I Feel" on the Hair of the Dog tour. The feeling and the mood, just realizing what "Last at Bat" could have been, sung from a broken distorted POV.
TDE "Still The Children" World Premiere, not caring that you didn't know what the lyrics were, just imagining it being the end of "Neverland".
