I'm going to vote for the new high-energy arrangement of HOfaH performed by Elaine Caswell and Dream Engine at the Mohegan Sun. The guy who sang MLOoNAA on one of the two nights I saw was also very good.

There's also a live more minimalistic (for Jim) version of YTtWROoMM performed by Meat as a B-Side or on Live Around the World or something that is very good. I prefer this live version of the song without production from the original recording. The new arrangment adds new meaning to the song.

There's a live version of Surf's Up sung by Smeg's wife (I think) that really grows on you. I no longer have a copy, but that was good as was the couple's Jim-inspired spoken word piece.

I also listen to the one good Tori Amos TEothH cover and the Marion Raven live recording of IACBTMN posted here by some kind soul. Neither are flawless, but they keep me listening...
