I know what vertigo is, so I don't need a medical lesson, but some journalists aren't as intelligent as me (or you) and they probably don't give two fucks about what the correct medical definition of vertigo is before writing an article.

I did say though the general understanding of vertigo is a fear of heights, which is inorrect I know, but that's what I'm guessing most people think. And I'm betting a pound to a pinch of shit you googled or wikipedia what vertigo means before writing your post, not everyone does, especially the British media.
