Parkinson's also has the individual hunched over (top heavy) if you will, and shuffle....Other than the tremors in the hands and head, they have difficulty speaking and take additional medication to control saliva....
A key give away is the "blank stare". My mother suffered from this illness for 20 years or so before she passed on...

I truly hope that he does not suffer from this disease; it takes away one's dignity and ability to function.
