Popular demand amongst fans? The fact that it was one of the first singles off Bat I? The only time on record that he DIDN'T perform the song live was from 1983-85 (on the "Midnight at the Lost and Found" and "Bad Attitude" tours). I can't imagine what kind of response that must have brought out, because it never left the set list since.
