My thoughts have pretty much been covered. I agree with Tincrowder that the song is missing something. It does fall a little flat with me. Maybe that's cause I'm used to such a large production out of Jim. I'd like to hear it get a bit heavier building up to the end.
I also agree with Jacob, give this song to Kelly Clarkson. I've wondered in the past if this song would work better by a female. I believe it would and Clarkson could really put the emotion into it.
I would say give it to Carrie Underwood, vocally she would nail it, but it would end up a country sounding tune and this isn't a country song.
While I really like Body, I don't think I've heard a version of the song I truly like, yet... if that makes sense.
