I do like his vocals, and I think if Jim had written/produced something, it would have been great.
'Not A Dry Eye' sounds okay, but it's a pretty similar arrangement to Meat's. If ya gonna do a cover (and there seems to be a lot on Rydian's album...blame Cowell for that), then take it somewhere new & different.
I also can't believe the lead off single is a cover as well!
