I saw the Trans-Siberian Orchestra live about a month ago, and I just realized I never posted anything about it. They sure put on a heck of a show. Adrienne had two great solo songs. It was nice to see TSO get a singer from TDE since TDE got Rob from TSO. Acronymalicious.
Also, TSO recently released their first single from their upcoming album. It's called "Night Enchanted." I'm no expert, but the song sounds similar to "Requiem Metal" from Original Sin, so it might be their remake of Verdi's Requiem Mass. In other news, Celine Dion is coming to my city in January. The commercial on the TV played a clip of her singing "River Deep, Mountain High." This is still one of the most bizarre things to ever hit the music world. I realize that Jim Steinman likes Phil Spector, but why did he have to have Celine sing it??? I also assume she'll sing IACBTMN, but as I don't really like Celine, I won't be going.
