I know, if the Steingods are shining there's a possibility of 3 different Tdv's on a trip, Tokyo, Vienna and Belgium. But since the arse has fallen out of the housing market, it would be a real shame not to capitalise and buy a couple of properties. That said, who knows what will happen between now and then.
