I know this is insane, but I think Ronnie Misap's "It Was Almost Like A Song" with expanded piano and improved backing vocals would be perfect for Meat Loaf in his country sounding voice like on that one version of MTYD. Jim says "2 Out of 3" was somewhat inspired by country and I think this song would fit in that genre well.
