| I did, and to me, it's nowhere near as interesting as what he did with Savatage. I think I like their first album ("Watching in Silence") most, probably because it's mainly written by Jon Oliva with Stevens. Speaking of Oliva: if you like the older 'Tage (say, up to 'Streets'), I can't recommend his band Jon Oliva's Pain enough. He is backed by the band that played on the first Circle II Circle album, and comes closest to the (older) Savatage sound. Which could be expected, with him being one of the main songwriters and singer in the band. Saw them live earlier this year, and they rocked. And then there's Chris Caffery's solo stuff.
