If you want to become a writer, you should learn about basic grammar. It's passed judgement btw, as in somebody passed judgement as a past judgement is something of the past. Similar to your problem with apart and being a part of I guess.
So far it seems to me as if you'd just want to be one of those that want to have published something but prefer to leave out the process of writing (+ getting someone to edit).
