Wow. I dunno what to think. I love Patti's rock voice and she's great on Life Is A Lemon (barring the What About Love part) and I adore If This Is The Last Kiss...
but I listen to the samples and I hear some lame Cher type crap. 'The Wrong Thing' -- boring as.
And coincidently I'm sure everyone's seen this video by now, but I saw this vid of Life is a Lemon only the other day. I can't believe how good a performance it is. Meat doesn't miss a single note!! It's studio perfect but with all the good bits of a live performance... The live B-sides from Bat 2 are nowhere near this good, and it shits all over his late eighties performances too. Patti demonstrating her great rock voice too.
