"We Belong To The Night" by Ellen Foley is an obvious candidate for me.
And even though they're not even fairly similar in genre, some songs on Justin Timberlake's latest album have a Steinman-inspiration over them with how they can suddenly change rhythm and beat in the middle of the song.
"Welcome To The Black Parade" by My Chemical Romance also feels Steinman-esque with its over-the-top sound.
