Some of you have heard of Darren Holden. He starred in Broadway's "Movin' Out," based on the songs of Billy Joel. He also recorded a couple demos of Steinman songs that Pudding posted on his blog.
A new article quotes him as saying, "We worked on an album of Jim [Steinman]'s own material during the latter stages of my work in the musical, but it got shelved due to Jim's ill-health. It's a shame -- we were working extremely well together."
I hadn't heard of this. Does anyone else know anything?
