Seems you've put some thought into it.
However, an IP will give the 'general' location of someone, if you nip down to the library then the IP would be of similar geoghraphic location and you could be red-flagged.
The chances of two loonies living so close together and posting on Rockman although not impossible seems highly unlikely.
