| Smeg,I have promissed several people and the board that I would not talk about Susan or the show but you kepp going on. If you publish something that forces me to answer, then that is a kind of spam. My claims and Susan's claims are very different. I was asked to read the script and write my opinions after my mother forwarded several of my emails to Jim. He thought that I understood him and the way he wanted the show to go (at the time there was a lot of arguement - some investors and producers didn't want to go with Peter Pan). Also I was asked for my opinions about the DVD and another script by a writer who is presenting a rival story which the anti-Peter Panners like. If I wanted to lie and claim big credit I would say that I have met Jim (I haven't had that honour), or that I am a producer (which I am not), or that I was actually at the reading (which I wasn't). The claims that I have made are not that much really. It's not like I am trying to claim Barry status. You compare me to Susan but you know her claims were much more outrageous. I don't have to go into detail. You know what I mean. I have done quite simple things. When you say "his outrageous claims fester" it sounds like I am claiming to be Jim's illegitimate son or that I wrote Paradise by The Dashboard Light. I don't know for sure but it is possible JD is not making any comments because you are making a mountain out of a molehill. Also, please understand that I was not going to mention being connected to the producers or reading the scripts until Dave published a document in the Letter from Porkington thread which linked me to Elva and Frances. So when Pudding asked me how I knew that Jim's show was better than the recently opened show, I told him the truth. Because I thought the cat was already out of the bag. I should of just said that I was comparing the basic storyline to that show's basic storyline. | |
