Meat couldn't cover it without Jim's permission, as it has never been commercially released.
Jim agreed to let Meat record Land of the Pigs and Cry to Heaven as part of the Bat 3 court settlement, but the other Steinsongs were in the public domain, so Jim couldn't have stopped Meat doing them anyways.
I think that, at the time, Body may still have been planned as a Dream Engine single. They were an interesting band - whatever happened to them...?
