| Hey guys Thanks very much for all of your replies. I never really know if the stuff I write is good or rubbish until I hear responses, so thanks a lot! Here are the radio broadcasts in case anyone can't quite hear them: Male 1: Three murders, four stabbings & two armed robberies, and all before lunch folks. Just another glorious day in Gotham, yesterday. As the city spirals into darkness, people are now asking ‘where is the Batman when you really need him?’ Female 1: More breaking news from downtown Gotham. In the last hour, yet another armed bank robbery by the notorious Joker & his crew. On entering the bank, not only did the Police find an empty vault and three dead security guards, but sprayed in red across all the walls was the chilling message, ‘I’m gonna decorate this city in ribbons of blood.’ Male 2: Over in Arkham last night it really was a case of the lunatics taking over the asylum. A mass breakout of 81 inmates from the infamous prison left 5 guards dead and 16 injured, along with millions of dollars worth of damage. Police report that 17 inmates have been recaptured leaving 64 of the most, maddest, baddest, criminally insane freaks, that you’ll ever likely to meet, still on the loose & stalking the streets of Gotham. Lock up your daughters folks, looks like it’s gonna be a dark one tonight... BTW - I stuck these on the front (with the sirens) just to create an atmosphere/picture of Gotham, and I always love using (Jim's great) 'ribbons of blood' line. | |
