Thanks for that. It would seem that Jim sang most of the songs on BFG but that Rory Dodd sang the vocal for Rock And Roll Dreams.

However, the song must have been released as a Jim Steinman product. Sort of like Carlos Santana, who has used a number of different singers for his products over the year.

But if Jim can do that, so that someone like Terry Wogan can play the song and credit Jim, even though Rory sang on it, then I don't understand why Jim didn't keep doing that.

Also, if his voice was so bad as Rolling Stone said, then why didn't he get singers to do all the songs on BFG.

Another thing that puzzles me is why Rock And Roll Dreams was on the EP but not the album.

Oh dear. By responding to this I will get into trouble with Dave, who believes that I am the one on the board who keeps bringing Susan up (even though it is mostly Pudding).

But now that she has been mentioned again...

What different opinion do you refer to?

She believes that BFG was written and performed by Jim Cypherd (the B movie producer who himself is not aware of the fact that he wrote Bat Out Of Hell and Born To Run).

Sometimes Jim Cypherd is a B movie producer (which he really is) and sometimes he is the drummer from the David Letterman Show.

If you know of any other different opinions that she has which are relevant to BFG, then please let me know. My ability to translate Susanspeak is quite poor, so I may have missed something.
