This particular one is on Oude Beurs, close to the Grote Markt, just north of the cathedral. (I placed it on the map, see a link saying 'map' on the right sidebar once you click on the pretty picture)
But I've seen a fair number of them around the center (Melkmarkt, Lange Koepoortstraat—and if you find you're in a sudden mood to browse lots and lots of vinyl, number 78 is where it's at—there load's of 'em)
Apart from that, I doesn't seem to be other promo material yet.
