I did that a few times and then I decided to go by train, taking Eurostar and changing at Brussels. The trip by rail took a little over six hours. I would like to try driving as a kind of challenge. But it makes me a bit nervous. That's why I was asking Dave because he is experienced at continental driving. Already I have shown my ignorance by asking if there are ferries from Norwich, which is not on the coast. Is it Harwich or Hook? I can't remember but I will look it up. I suppose I could drive via the tunnel. | |
