I went to the Childline Rocks event and it was an excellent night with a great music and all for a well worthy charity that Judy Tzuke, Esther Rantzen and Bob Haris are involved with. It was a funny bunch especially with Justin Hawkins from the Darkness was out screamed by Glen Hughes! There was a brillant version of Child in Time with John Lord an unknown but hot vocalist and the house band Thunder. They helped the whole gig along with Uriah Heep and some other bands doing their bit.
If Bat out of Hell the Musical does open next year in London then Jim should consider doing a spot - it is for charity and has a relaxed feel about it. It would be good publicity as well for the musical as they had an advert in the Sun Newspaper to promote the event....
