I'm curious about that too. A quick search on youtube finds 2 live videos and a promo video, and from those it looks like a tribute band where the Loaf guy tells jokes between songs. Maybe there's more to it than that, but that's all I see.
Of course, like any other Loaf tribute on youtube, it's attracted the attention of Porky. Like shit attracting flies, but in reverse.
