Also, Kiwis pronounce "e" (as in "bet") like "i" (is in "bit"). I've told this one here before, but once in NZ a friend made a very strange offer ... "Would you like to come back to my place and see my dick extension?". Fortunately he didn't mean what it sounded like ...
