The one you're thinking about was recorded at the Hammersmith Apollo in London. This show was released as the Hot As Hell bootleg. I used to have it, but lost it in a hard drive crash.
While on the subject, does anyone have the full version of Bat Out Of Hell from this show? Every one I've heard always fades in after the intro.
