| I just received this email claiming the following is from a "Dance of the Vampires" scripted dated 10 May (Year?) I recently purchased the real May 10 "staged reading" script for DANCE, and there is so much new material it's mind blowing. But most interesting of all is the below sing, following the SEXTET (A GIRL AS BEAUTIFUL): (A THREATENING CHORD: ALL scurry back to their beds and go to sleep.) KROLOCK’S VOICE TURN AROUND (A JEWELED MUSIC BOX MAGICALLY APPEARS in Sarah’s room as KROLOCK APPEARS, hovering over the action like a puppeteer. SARAH opens the MUSIC BOX and takes out a RUBY NECKLACE and a PARCHMENT.) TURN AROUND “THE RED BADGE OF LOVE” SARAH (reading the PARCHMENT) SO MANY NEW WORLDS AWAIT YOU AT LAST SOMEWHERE BEYOND AND AWAY OR ABOVE AND YOU WILL CHERISH THIS JEWEL BEFORE ITS LUSTRE HAS PASSED AND YOU SHOULD BE WEARING THE RED BADGE OF LOVE KROLOCK YOU SHOULD BE WEARING THE RED BADGE OF LOVE KROLOCK & SARAH LET YOUR DREAMS OUT OF THEIR CAGES TONIGHT IF YOU’RE TOO SCARED TO JUMP THEN YOU HAVE TO BE SHOVED AND YOU MUST KNOW WHEN IT COMES THE TIME IS FINALLY RIGHT YOU SHOULD BE WEARING THE RED BADGE OF LOVE KROLOCK SARAH YOU WILL BE WEARING THE RED BADGE OF… SARAH & KROLOCK …LOVE. (THE JEWL BEGINS TO GLOW and ATTACHES ITSELF to her throat.) SARAH So you are real! And this is happening to me…! Who are you? (THE PARCHMENT GOES UP IN A BURST OF FLASH-FLAME which HOVERS and CONTINUES TO BURN. Above, KROLOCK wraps himself in his cloak and magically leaves the scene – either turning into a bat or dissolving into a mist, as – THE FLAME GOES OUT.)
