That's the reason I'm watching them back to back. "Beauty and the Beast" IS one of the greatest, near perfect films of all time. But there are parts of "The Silence of the Lambs" that chill me. It's the scene with his eyes ALONE that counts.
I just can't respect those spoof musicals like "Silence!" and "The Exorcist". If you're going to take them on, treat them as a legitimate opera or something like "Tommy". If you want to write a comedy, write another "South Park" (and I also love "South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut", one of the best musical scores since classic Sondheim.)
