Personally I'd have prefered a version closer to the original, that is the old Nibelungen saga instead of basing it on Wagners reimagining which is all too frequently way off. Stephen Grundy btw did a wonderful retelling of the original story.

I think there was a movie planned based on the game. Del Toro or Burton could work magic with it. Shame it didn't come through.
