Meat was just trying to entertain... Jimmy looks uncomfortable and bored... then when he finally gets to speak he tries to give his feelings on Rock and Roll but I think he just comes across to the average audience as Scary. Meat was obviously better at PR than Jim, while Jim had the substance...
