You wonder a lot of things.
Lots of people have had posts deleted when entire threads have been deleted. I'm pretty sure that includes Smeg and Pudding as well as myself. Smeg got banned when he basically insisted on being banned in order to have an undesirable removed from the board.
In order not to be banned, don't post bullshit. Works for me, Pudding, Smeg and many many others. This, of course, is where you and Stephen and a small number of others went wrong.
Sometimes the obvious, simple answers are the right ones.
