Any meaningful way... that means he is involved in some way... otherwise you would not have put a qualifier on it.
He speaks only for himself

Still... if Jim has given copies of his scripts and videos to him for his input... phew... If his mum is a producer... eek. Anyway... he is constantly on here claiming to have first hand knowledge about how Jim feels about this and that and such and whatnot... so he is not speaking only for himself...
When there is an "official" announcement
