Thanks. I keep trying to state these things but Mr. Smeg doesn't listen. The only thing I have done is sent Jim comments about various scripts (his and Beattie's) and comments about the DVDs of the reading. Jim knows who I am. He knows my whole family. He often sends presents to my daughter. But I am not working with Jim as Mr. Smeg keeps saying. My mother is working with Jim, very closely. They are both obsessed by the show and spend three hours a day talking about it. I am extremely close to my mother and spend about the same amount of time talking to her(thank goodness my father left us years ago). So I know a lot about the show and I often do non-paid volunteer work for it, which I find rather "meaningful" (sorry to disagree with you JD, on that one small point). However, I never attend producers meetings. I never attend creative team meetings. It would be a real misconception to think that I am working with Jim. If anything I work with my mother because I help her think things through when she returns from a meeting. I can't tell you how frustrating it is not being allowed to share information with the board. I would love to. I once talked about the DVDs on the board and JD told my mother and I was told off.
