I COncur w/ Heaven is a Place on Earth.....
BUT mIKa sounds like a Gayer version of WHEATUS!
and i always thought "HEAVEN ON EARTH" was a horrible lyric.... to me it means "HAVEN'T BEEN LAID SINCE BIRTH!"
