| Simon gets renewed at like $144 million, Seacrest gets around $40 million, Paula's agent knows they don't want to risk any change that may backfire so she can easily get double her current pay to continue to do nothing while people who go to work every day struggle to make ends meet are lucky to keep a job if not have their pay and or benefits cut. I guess the network makes so much off the show this kind of money is still worth paying to keep the show.
