Even though we disagree on a TV casting show, I am with you in that it has to be a great show, first & foremost.
I want to come out of the theatre totally moved by a great piece of art.
If I don't enjoy the show and yet it lasts 10 odd years and makes zillions, I'll still be disappointed (I love Queen but 'We Will Rock You' was horrible, and I haven't gone back for second helpings).
