| Do the board moderators not see what is happening on this board? It has become more of a place to argue and fight about petty personal issues than what I'm sure what it was intended for. Clearly it is losing it's purpose. There is nothing except rumor and innuendo to discuss about anything Jim related and that leads us to the usual flame wars. Now would be a good time for something in the way of news of a concrete nature about what Jim is up to. Right now, I don't believe the following: That the BAT Musical is anything more than script treatments and storyboards, built around recycled songs. That money is clearly an issue as any major backers would want to get the word out there and create a buzz. Right now there is nothing. Jim clearly wants this to be about him and so it should be. However, he takes forever and even though the finished product is worth the wait, not everyone is patient, especially your casual fan. And one last thing... I like how it says Jim Steinman's Bat out of Hell on the main page. Jim deserves a lot of credit for the album. However, is it still Meat Loaf Bat out of Hell,songs by Jim Steinman. One of the reasons, and I say only one, is Meat's stage presence and concerts got the album going. Credit given to where credit is due. | |
