It's Oberhausen rather than Cologne, but yes, it's open there till January 2010. Oberhausen is a 30 mins or so drive from Cologne. Cologne is a nice city with an impressive cathedral; Oberhausen has a gasometer (tastefully adorned with a gigantic TdV poster!).
