The only thing Jim would have control over are the new (unreleased) songs in the Bat musical.
You can't stop people covering songs (once they've been released once). Fair game for anyone to arrange/produce as they see fit (hence OMA).
You can (I think) control the use of sections of songs, riffs or lyrics being used in a totally new song (ie - The Beta Band twisting sone Eclipse lyrics).
