I agree with Vin that Meat's age and years out of the mainstream public eye were major contributors. I can't think of many older singers of Meat's age that are still around & sell like they did at their peak even the ones that still have some chart success. Add to that lack of any real airplay, poor promotion, and bad choices of singles (not that anything would catch on on radio). I doubt the vast majority of owners of the 2 real Bats even knew of this one. That said the fact that it is a pretty poorly produced album killed any chance it could take off. The whole world knew months ago that Jennifer Hudson was a lock for the Oscar and a major media push, yet her association with Bat 3 was never even attempted to be promoted. The choice of COM as the next single (if it ever comes out) is the nail in the coffin. > I'll disagree with that.
