| I did raise a comment on the video on youtube asking if the sound quality was better on the dvd, but my comment seemed to go through an approval process and unsurprisingly was not approved. Take that as a no perhaps. The sound quality on my version with the timer on basic but undistorted - either it is a youtube glitch or someone has screwed up on the remastering.
