This is great. Some random musings:

Did Meat actually decide, without Jim's input, to dress up like Hook and do this BfG themed tour? Seems strange to me, as I never really got the impression that Meat respected "Neverland" all that much.

Did many of the fans even know why the fuck Meat was dressed up like a pirate? Did most of them even know the BfG songs?

Meat looks just about as big as he did in 1982 / 1983. I first saw him live in 1991, and he was considerably slimmer. I guess he started taking the weight off AFTER 1988.

What a damn shame that Meat and Jim didn't get back together in 1984 or so and crank out another couple of albums before the 80's ended. His voice was so good at this time, it makes you wonder how the hell it was so fucked up just a few years earlier.
